2025 Harassment Prevention Training: CA Supervisors

CalChamber helps employees and supervisors recognize the fine lines of harassment in the workplace. No one in the workplace should be uncomfortable, afraid or unwelcome by someone else. What was said, how it was said, or when or where it was said, doesn’t change a person’s experience.

Supervisors who completed this mandatory 2-hour training were exposed to:

• Contemporary, real-life workplace situations including not-so-obvious harassing behaviors, such as a seemingly innocent hug or a comment on a person's gender identity.
• Movie-quality videos drawing them in to each conversation as if they're in the same room.
• Compelling scenes to get them thinking, rethinking and guessing how it all plays out.
• Videos wrapped with commentary by qualified employer trainers who assess each situation and offer key takeaways.
• Having their knowledge tested as they work through scenarios and interactive quizzes.

The issuance of a training badge signifies that the recipient has completed the specified Harassment Prevention training program. This badge does not imply CalChamber certification, endorsement, or professional qualification beyond the scope of the training completed.
