For all other users, in no event will CalChamber's total liability under any claim exceed the cost of a one-year subscription to the Web sites published at the time the alleged conduct occurred.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all of the content and graphics contained on the Web sites are protected by U.S. copyright and international treaties and may not be copied, reproduced, republished or distributed without the express permission of CalChamber. Copying, displaying, distributing, transferring, linking to, reproducing, licensing, altering, creating derivative works of or republishing all or any portion of the Web sites for any commercial or public purpose without CalChamber's permission is strictly prohibited.
