New Employee Orientation

Every time a new employee begins work with your organization, follow a routine to familiarize the employee with your organization. Effective orientation is crucial to establishing a successful working relationship. It helps employees understand their duties, where they fit in the organizational structure, your company policies and practices and the terms and conditions of employment.

It is important to plan in advance for the employee’s first day and make sure that you have all the necessary paperwork and a list of any training that is required, including any industry specific training.​
