A California court sided with Wells Fargo in a recent class action lawsuit, holding that Wells Fargo’s practice of mailing wage statements to employees who received final pay by cashier’s check was legally compliant (Canales v. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., 23 Cal.App.5th 1262 (2018)).
