On Monday, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) informed employers about a problem with the initial release of the Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification back in November. The USCIS said that employers should review their form to ensure their employees’ Social Security number (SSN) appear correctly in Section 1.
