​​Court Steps Further Away from Right to Control Test
​Less than a year after the California Supreme Court established a new “ABC” test for determining independent contractor status (Dynamex Operations West, Inc. v. Superior Court of Los Angeles​​, 4 Cal. 5th 903 (2018)), a California court of appeal has made it more difficult for employers to determine if its workers are independent contractors or employees.​​​
