The course requires a Flash plug-in and runs on both Windows and Macintosh systems. The employee just needs a computer with an Internet Browser with Javascript and cookies enabled. We recommend a high-speed Internet connection.
Recommended Browsers: Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, Safari 3.0 or higher, Firefox 2.0 or higher. Due to flash content we do not support 64-bit browsers at this time.

E-mail Requirements
You must take the following steps to ensure your learners receive their training emails. The following IP addresses and/or domain names must be added to your company’s spam filter settings (white listed). We suggest that you work with your IT department to accomplish the necessary changes before assigning any training.
The following domains must be white listed in order to ensure that you and your learners receive the necessary notifications:
- Calchamber.01o.com (zero, number one, lowercase o)
- Calchamber.com
- csod.com
Email may also come from a sub-domain under the domains listed, such as replies.calchamber.com. If you require assistance to add these to your white list, or if your anti-spam software is centrally managed, please ask your IT specialist or ISP to make this change.
