Amendments Remove Most Onerous Aspects of Job Killer Bill; CalChamber Still Opposes

The CalChamber removed the “job killer” designation on a bill that increased the cost of development by requiring that general plans incorporate concepts related to healthy food access and urban agriculture, after it was amended on May 17.
