Bailey Strategic Human Resources supports key corporate executives in focusing on other core functions of business. Provides ongoing assistance in employee relations and HR generalist services. Implementation, modification, conflict resolution, mediation, and development of necessary processes and systems based on the culture of the organization are the focus of Bailey Strategic Human Resources.
The mission of Bailey Strategic Human Resources (BSHR) is to assist organizations in minimizing their labor costs and increasing productivity through prudent employment practices.
BSHR provides management training in various disciplines of Human Resources, provides prevention of sexual harassment training, and conducts discrimination investigations. BSHR mentors and coaches junior HR professionals, along with key company executives. Services include daily on-call answers to HR questions, resolution of employment performance issues, on-site assistance as needed, filling in to bridge the gap in company expertise to assure effective impact of organization performance in human resources, troubleshooting, problem solving, resolution development, and assistance with implementation of resolution. On-site negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution upon request. BSHR has additional staff to provide administrative support to complete various HR processes and systems.
Bailey Strategic Human Resources, founded by Beverly J. Bailey in March 1997, has been since its inception 95% referral and repeat business. Prior to the start of BSHR, Beverly spent her career as both a Generalist and Employee Benefits Specialist for organizations such as manufacturing, health care, engineering, and financial institutions. She has taught in certificate programs for more than a decade at the University of California Irvine, Cal State San Bernardino, and University of Phoenix. She also taught UCI supervisory staff in leadership and management practices. She began a human resources certificate program at a junior college to assist employees who are assigned the human resources function without any HR experience. She has conducted conflict resolution through the EEOC.

Ms. Bailey graduated from the University of Redlands. She has written various articles on human resources issues for Healthcare Human Resources and Orange County Business Journal. She has been quoted in the Bureau of National Affairs Bulletin to Management and in Entrepreneur Magazine concerning employee privacy issues. She has been a guest lecturer at the American Management Association Conferences, Cal State Dominguez Hills, Professionals in Human Resources Association, Employers Advisory Council, Inland Empire Women in Business Conference, Association of Professional Women Business Owners, and the Industry Manufacturers Council. She has also been a guest speaker on Radio KZLA discussing sexual harassment issues.
