You must provide your employees with written notice about their workers’ compensation rights. You must present the following posters and notices to your employees:
- You must post an informational poster in a location accessible to all employees at each facility.
- You must give a workers’ compensation pamphlet to each employee when he/she is hired.
- When an employee is injured as the result of a crime, you must give him/her a notice for crime victims.
Workers’ compensation reform passed in 2012 indicates potential changes to both the workers’ compensation poster and pamphlets.
At the time of publication, some of these changes had not been implemented through the regulatory process, and it is anticipated that additional changes will occur in 2013.
