At-Will Employment Disclaimers

In a line of cases unfriendly to union and nonunion employers, the NLRB attacked traditional at-will employment disclaimers. Many of these NLRB decisions, while indicative of the direction in which the Board is going, have not been reviewed by the courts. Consult legal counsel with any questions.
