Employee Illiteracy and Reasonable Accommodation

You must make all reasonable efforts to safeguard the privacy of the employee who discloses a problem with illiteracy.1 The employee who discloses a problem of illiteracy and who satisfactorily performs his/her job cannot be subject to termination because of the disclosure of illiteracy.2
