Vacation

If you choose to offer paid vacation to employees, you must follow California law concerning vacation benefits. Paid Time Off (PTO) is also governed by the same laws concerning vacation and is additionally impacted by the new paid sick leave benefit. For more information, see Paid Time Off.​​
