Conduct Follow-Up Interviews

You may need to interview the complainant and/or the alleged harasser again at the end of the process. You may learn that the complainant just broke off a relationship with the alleged harasser and her co-workers referred to her as a “jilted lover.” Or, you may have concluded that the complaint is based on fact and that the alleged harasser's story is unfounded. If follow-up interviews are necessary, follow these steps:
