National Labor Relations Act (NLRA)

The NLRA1 is designed to protect employees’ rights to organize and form unions or to engage in other efforts of mutual aid and protection. The NLRA enforces that right by prohibiting certain actions of both employers and unions as “unfair labor practices.” For more information, see Unions.
