If You Have a Multipurpose Business
If your organization has multiple business purposes, each under a distinct management entity, print the documents listed in the wizard results, and then run the Wage Order Wizard again for each separate operational unit of your business. Consult your attorney, or if you are a CalChamber member, contact the Labor Law Helpline, to make sure that you have interpreted your situation in compliance with Industrial Welfare Commission (IWC) regulations.
What Else Do I Need to Know?
