Retaliation Is Number One EEOC Charge
For the second-year running, retaliation was the number one charge of unlawful treatment that the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) received. Retaliation charges under all of the statutes the EEOC enforces accounted for more than 37 percent of all charges filed with the agency, which enforces federal anti-discrimination laws.
