Questions and Answers: "Employee Rights under the NLRA" Poster Requirement
The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) issued a final rule requiring
most private-sector employers to notify employees of their rights under
the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) through a required poster.
The NLRA posting date has been delayed indefinitely by the NLRB. As a result
of ongoing litigation, the NLRB has delayed implementation of the poster
requirement until issues can be resolved by the courts. Currently, there
is no effective implementation date for the poster.
This document attempts to answer questions that many employers may have
regarding the poster requirement.
