(November 20, 2009) Upcoming seminars presented by the California Chamber of Commerce will provide updates on changes in human resources and labor and employment law requirements that will affect how companies do business in 2010.

Both the California Legislature and the Obama administration have implemented many labor law changes that have an impact on California employers, and there also are court decisions of which employers should be aware.
