​(August 23, 2012) California Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Allan Zaremberg highlighted problems with the private sector pension mandate bill on the John and Ken show (KFI AM 640) yesterday. SB 1234 mandates private non-unionized employers that do not offer a retirement plan to enroll their employees in a government-created program.
