Job Creator Bill to Curb Costly Litigation Fails to Pass Senate Committee

​(May 9, 2012)  California Chamber of Commerce Policy Advocate Jennifer Barrera testifies on SB 1374 (Harman; R-Huntington Beach) a job creator bill that would have protected employers from inappropriate litigation by affirming they can rely upon the state government to provide them with information on how to comply with the law failed to pass the Senate Judiciary Committee yesterday.
