CalChamber Seeks to Position California for Economic Recovery

Improved Tax Treatment for Equipment Investment Will Foster Productivity

​(April 5, 2012) CalChamber Policy Advocate Mira Guertin urges support for two job creator bills, AB 1911 (Donnelly; R-Twin Peaks) and AB 1972 (Huber; D-El Dorado Hills), that encourage employers to maintain and expand their manufacturing operations in California by providing a sales-and-use tax exemption for purchases of manufacturing equipment.
