Effective April 30, 2012, most private-sector employers must post a new notice issued by the NLRB entitled, “Employee Rights Under the National Labor Relations Act.” This poster requirement was scheduled to be implemented on January 31, 2012, but the NLRB has delayed implementation until April 30, 2012. Certain industries like agriculture, airlines, and railroads, as well as some small businesses, are exempt from the NLRA notice requirement. Read more.
