Making Group Decisions (Includes Simulation)

Arriving at an acceptable and amicable decision in a group comprised of diverse attitudes and personalities is a difficult task, as well as resolving any conflicts. Getting to the root cause of issues and devising strategies to solve them by understanding the nature of groups go a long way in maintaining cordial relations in the group and achieving success for the team as a whole.
