New Wage/Employment Notice Available

We have several employees who have accumulated excessive vacation days over the past few years and this has created a huge potential liability for this firm. I know California Labor Code Section 227.3 requires all unused vacation be paid out at termination. What can be done to avoid cashing out unused vacation on termination?
