U.S.-Egypt Partnership Agreement
A U.S.-Egypt Partnership Agreement was signed by USTR Ron Kirk and Egyptian Minister of Trade and Industry Rachid Mohammed Rachid on May 27, 2009.
In the agreement, the two governments committed to developing a work plan for cooperation to deepen and broaden the bilateral trade and investment relationship and to identify and remove impediments to trade and investment.
