(July 20, 2012) The California Chamber of Commerce is making available a webinar to teach businesses how to conduct effective performance appraisals.
An effective performance appraisal reviews job duties, sets expectations and provides consistent performance standards. In fact, a fair, consistent and well-documented appraisal helps improve work performance and can prevent legal problems down the road.
The Conducting Effective Performance Appraisals Webinar is being held on Thursday, August 19, 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
