Effective July 1, 2009, California business owners that properly completed a Certified Access Specialist (CASp) inspection of their premises, but subsequently still are sued will have the right to request an early evaluation conference (EEC). Check back here for more information about EECs as this date approaches. Eventually, the State of California should have information and necessary forms posted at this site.
